Whichever plan you follow, the same few bookings do the heavy lifting: one catamaran morning, one UTV or jeep day on the north coast, a car for two or three days to reach Baby Beach and the Savaneta restaurants, and a hotel on the right coast (Palm Beach or Eagle Beach). Book the boat and the off-road day before you fly in high season; everything else can wait.
