Rookie Mistakes to Skip
Don’t taxi everywhere (pre-book an airport transfer, then walk or bus the hotel strip). Don’t eat every meal on the tourist strip (the best food is the cheapest — see our restaurant guide). In addition, don’t skip the 3-hour airport arrival on departure day — US preclearance takes time. And don’t leave valuables visible in a rental car at remote beaches.
