Flying Fishbone — dinner with your toes in the sea
Established in 1977, the Flying Fishbone invented feet-in-the-water dining on Aruba. Tables stand literally in the shallows of a crescent bay while European-Caribbean plates arrive by candlelight. Consequently, it is the island’s most requested romantic dinner — reserve well ahead and ask for a water table at sunset.
Marina Pirata — forty years over the lagoon
Family-run for more than four decades, Marina Pirata hangs over the clear water of Spanish Lagoon — fish swim under your table while their cousins arrive on your plate, fresh and simply done. Sunset here is the local secret; the tourists mostly have not found it yet.
