How long are the tours?
It depends on the tour and your pace: they are private, so there are no strict time limits at each stop. Tell us your plans in the request and we confirm the timing with ISLA.
Is the price per person?
No. The price covers a private tour for up to 2 guests. For bigger groups, add your group size and we confirm the final price before you pay anything.
What do I pay now?
Nothing when you send the request. After we confirm your date, you get a secure link to pay the 20% reservation fee by card, Apple Pay or Revolut. The rest is paid on the day to your ISLA guide.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
The 20% reservation fee is non-refundable, because it locks in your guide and jeep for that date. If you need to change your date, message us and we will try to move it.
Where is pick-up?
From your hotel or Airbnb. Add the address in your request.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, families are welcome. Mention the ages in your request. Note that the Natural Pool route is a bumpy off-road ride.
What should I bring?
Water shoes, sunscreen, a hat, a towel, swimwear and some water. A waterproof phone pouch is handy at the Natural Pool.
What if the weather is bad?
Short showers rarely stop a jeep tour. If ISLA cannot run the tour safely, we contact you to move it to another date.
Can I book if I’m on a cruise?
Yes. Tell us your ship and docking times in the request so the tour fits your day in port.
