Day 1 — The Beaches

Land, drop bags, straight to Eagle Beach for the afternoon — the fofoti trees, the impossibly wide sand, the works. Sunset happy hour on Palm Beach, dinner on the strip. Early night: tomorrow’s the big one.

Day 2 — The Adventure

Morning Jeep or 4×4 tour into Arikok National Park: caves, the gold mill ruins, the wild north coast, and a swim in the Natural Pool. Afternoon recovery on the beach, then a torch-lit dinner — you earned it. This is the day to book ahead; Arikok tours sell out.

Day 3 — The Water

Morning catamaran snorkel over the Antilla shipwreck with reef stops — back by early afternoon for a last swim. Remember: airport 3 hours early for US preclearance. You’ll board tanned, salty, and already planning the return.

Three days, zero regrets

That’s beaches, adventure, and the Caribbean’s best wreck snorkel in one long weekend. If you can stretch to a week, here’s the full 7-day version. Book the two anchor tours now — they’re the ones that fill up:

Making 3 days in Aruba feel like a week

The trick to 3 days in Aruba is booking the two big tours before you land, because the best boats and UTVs sell out first. After that, protect your mornings for the beach and keep evenings loose. For flight-day timing, remember US preclearance takes extra time — details are on the official airport site. Want the longer version? Compare our full Aruba itineraries, then lock in the tours that made the cut.

Three days means zero waiting around — book the boat day before you land.

Book these before you fly

  • The Day 2 jeep tour to the Natural Pool. Remember that UTVs cannot enter Arikok National Park; see how to pick a jeep tour.
  • The Day 3 morning catamaran snorkel sail.
  • An airport transfer if you land late; see your options.

Where to stay for three days

With only three days, stay on Palm Beach: restaurants, the sunset sails and the tour pickups are all within walking distance, so you waste no time in taxis. Eagle Beach works too if you want quiet. Compare both in our where to stay guide.

Variations

Arriving late on Day 1?

Swap Day 1 and Day 3: do the morning catamaran on Day 2, the jeep tour on Day 3, and leave Eagle Beach for your final morning before the airport.

Traveling with kids?

Replace the jeep tour with De Palm Island, where slides, snorkeling and food are all in one ticket.

Romantic long weekend?

Swap the beach dinner for a sunset sail or a private beach dinner we can set up for you.

Have more time? Our 7-day itinerary adds the south coast and a lazy day.
